Who is Tweed Coast and What do they Do?
TCYS is committed to providing a safe, friendly environment; valuing young people’s diversity; enhancing young people’s personal growth and supporting young people to build positive and respectful relationships together with encouraging positive participation in the community
TCYS was formed in 2009 as Cabarita Youth Service and has been operating in the community ever since. In 2021 we rebranded as Tweed Coast Youth Service to reflect the longstanding work we had been doing in communities from Pottsville to Kingscliff and in-between.
TCYS runs a variety of programs including Girls Space, TCYS Fit, Community Connections and a range of Holiday program activities. In 2023 we are looking to improve and expand our program slate offering new opportunities for youth of all ages to connect with community.
